THOMAS Owners MUNICIPAL LIEN_ t -< MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SERVICES AND SEWER RATES AND NOW, comes Monroe Township Municipal Authority, of 1220 Boiling Springs Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, by and through its Solicitor, Michael J. Pykosh, Esquire, and files the following municipal claim against Christopher B. Thomas and Irma B. Thomas, owning property located at 1361 Zimmerman Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17015. Christopher B. Thomas and Irma B. Thomas, are the owners of all that certain lot of ground, including any improvements thereon, being more fully described as follows: ALL THOSE TWO CERTAIN lots of land, with the improvements erected, situate in Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows: TRACT NO. 1 BEGINNING at a spike in the center of the public road running from the York Road to Churchtown, which point is 100 feet north of land now or formerly of Dr. William Brod; thence South 59 degrees 30 minutes West, a distance of 150 feet to a stake; thence North 30 degrees 30 minutes West, a distance of 100 feet to a stake; thence North 59 degrees 30 minutes East, a distance of 150 feet to a spike in the center of said public road; thence by the center line of said public road, South 30 degrees 30 minutes East, a distance of 100 feet to a spike, the place of BEGINNING. CONTAINING 100 feet in front on said public road and extending in depth at an even width a distance of 150 feet, and being improved with a one - story ranch type brick dwelling house. TRACT NO.2 BEGINNING at a spike in the center of the macadam road leading from Churchtown to theYork Road at the line of Tract No. 1 herein; thence by said Tract No. 1, South 59 degrees 30 minutes West, 150 feet to a stake; thence by land now or late of Mervin J. Baer and Fannie E. Baer, his wife, North 51 degrees 30 minutes West, 37 feet, more or less, to a point; thence by the same North 30 degrees 30 minutes East, 162 feet, more or less, to a point in the middle of the aforesaid road; thence in said road South 74 degrees 30 minutes East, 31.04 feet to a point; thence in said road South 30 degrees 30 minutes East, 90.4 feet to a spike, the place of BEGINNING. SAID PREMISES being described according to a survey of W. G. Rechel, Registered Surveyor, dated October 8, 1958. BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Wilson P. Hurley and Faye A. Hurley, his wife, and The Homestead Group, Inc., a Pennsylvania Corporation, by Deed dated December 23, 1994 and recorded February 3, 1995 at the Recorder of Deeds Office in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Book 118, Page 283, granted and conveyed unto Christopher B. Thomas and Irma B. Thomas, his wife. TAX PARCEL NO. 22-10-0640-042. Monroe Township Municipal Authority hereby files this Municipal Lien for Services and Sewer Rates levied and assessed from through and including. Said Authority services and sewer rates were levied and assessed pursuant to Authority Resolution No. 02 -04, same being known as a Resolution of the Board of Monroe Township Municipality Authority imposing user charges to be collected from the owner of each improved property served or to be served by the Authority's sewer system, in conjunction with all prior relevant Resolutions and Ordinances, including, but not necessarily limited to, Monroe Township Ordinance No. 3 of 1978 and Monroe Township Ordinance No. 99 -6, as amended; and providing for payment and collection of such user charges. Attached hereto and incorporated herein are the statement(s) forwarded by Monroe Township Municipal Authority to for sewerage due to be treated from July 1, 2013 through September 30, 2013, which services total is in the amount of eight thousand six hundred twenty -six and 93/100 ($8,626.93) dollars, which sum was duly assessed against, and the real property described herein from the date of said billing statements as attached hereto, and for which sum, with interest in the amount of ten (10 %) percent, along with penalties and all costs, including attorneys' fees, a municipal lien is claimed against the above - described real property and premises in accordance with the Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, §7, as amended, 53 P.S. §7101, et seq, as amended (Municipal Claims and Tax Liens). This account is delinquent. As of August 9, 2013, the delinquency amount for the last three years is $3,452.00. This is to give you notice of an additional lien which will be filed against you for the last three years and to update the prior liens filed, to which you still owe. The purpose of this letter is to give you the following three options regarding your past due account: A. Full Payment of the entire outstanding balance to be made within ten (10) days of the date of this letter; B.
