Plaintiff is U.S. Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association, as Indenture Trustee, successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee for AFC Trust Series 1999 -2. 2. The Defendant is Deirdre A. Nowak, who is the mortgagor and owner of the mortgaged property hereinafter described, whose last -known address is 531 Harding Street, New Cumberland, PA 17070. 3. On April 23, 1999, Deirdre A. Nowak, mortgagor, made, executed and delivered a mortgage upon the premises hereinafter described to Alliance Funding, a Division of Superior Bank FSB which mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Cumberland County in Mortgage Book 1537, Page 24 (the "Mortgage "), such Mortgage being incorporated herein by reference pursuant to Rule 1019(g) Pa. The mortgage is in default because monthly payments of principal and interest upon said mortgage due February 1, 2013 and each month thereafter are due and unpaid, and by the terms of said mortgage, upon default in such payments for a period of one month, the entire principal balance and all interest due thereon are collectible forthwith. 9.
