We purchased this motorcycle in August, 1998 from Miyuki Performance Cycle Imports in Morgan Hill, CA. The motorcycle is Japanese and did not come with a title. We have had several customers express an interest in purchasing the motorcycle; therefore, we need to obtain a title for it. The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation has rejected our title application because there is no original title. Therefore, we are petitioning the court to grant ownership so that we can obtain a title. I have obtained the necessary records from PennDOT for the motorcycle and applied for the same documentation from the California Department of Transportation. I spoke directly with the California Depaitilient of Transportation and filled out the paperwork that was recommended. However, three weeks later I have received notice that the incorrect form was filled out. I have completed the correct form and returned it. I am not sure if the information will arrive in time for my next hearing; therefore, I am asking for an extension. Christopher Cuomo President Velocity Cycles 0 CD —v1 74: rs?
