THIS AGREEMENT made the 21st day of February , 2014,
by and between Jay R. Reynolds, Inc., with principal place of business at, One Brooks Avenue,
Willow Street, PA 17584, hereinafter referred to as "CONTRACTOR ", and Cumberland
County, 1 Courthouse Square, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to
as "OWNER ", whereby the former undertook and agreed to furnish all plumbing labor and
materials for the renovations to the lower levels of "C and "D" wings at the Claremont Nursing and
Rehabilitation Center of Cumberland County on that certain tract of ground known as 1000
Claremont Road, Carlisle PA located in Middlesex Township, Cumberland County, as more fully
described in "Exhibit "A," attached hereto and made a part hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
CONTRACTOR, for and in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar to it in hand paid by
OWNER, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in
the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or
under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or maintained by
them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract or
otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said CONTRACTOR, for itself, its subcontractors and others under it
hereby expressly waives and relinquishes the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens
or claims against the said buildings or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the
right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land LOCATED IN TLIE'rownship of Middlesex, County of
tunberland, bounder[ and describes as follows:
BEING part of the premises which Edward I. Stiles and Ann Stiles, husband and wife, by Deed
dated December 24, 1829, which Deed is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and
for Cumberland County in Deed Book MIN-1, page 305, granted and conveyed to the The
Directors of the Poor and of the House of Employment of Cumberland County and being part of
the premises which William Homes Estate, by Administrator, by Deed dated November 27,
1938, which Deed is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland
County in Deed Book .RR -1, page 1368, granted and conveyed to The Directors of the Poor and
the House of Employment of Cumberland County.
Less the area of land which Cumberland County, by Deed dated August 23, 1999, which Deed is
recorded in the Office of The Recorder of Deeds in and for The United States of America in Deed
Book Vol. 206, page 273. CONTAINING an area of 55.7183 acres.
This area of land as referenced above is known as Claremont Nursing and Rehabilitation Center
of Cumberland County.
