as counsel and his appointment in the above-captioned case is VACATED. The
Court hereby appoints , Esquire, to act as counsel for
the alleged incapacitated person.

MOTION FOR WITHDRAWAL
AND NOW, comes Lorin A. Snyder, Esquire, who requests to withdraw as
court-appointed counsel as follows:
1. Undersigned counsel was appointed to represent the allegedly
incapacitated person by Order of Court dated November 13, 2013.
2. Undersigned counsel is due presently to cease private practice.
3. Benjamin J. Glatfelter, Esquire, counsel for Manor Care, was contacted
and did not object to this motion.
4. The Honorable M. L. Ebert, Jr., is assigned to this case.
WHEREFORE, it is respectfully requested that the Court vacate the
appointment of November 13, 2013 and appoint new counsel to represent the
allegedly-incapacitated individual.
