PETITION
AND NOW, comes the following Petitioner, resident of Dickinson Township and
hereby petition the Honorable Court for the Challenge of August Ginter Dickinson
Township Board of Supervisors Petition submitted to the Bureau of Elections dated
Mtrch 8, 2005.
1. It has come to my attention that Mr. August Ginter of 330 Pine Grove Road is a
registered member of the Independent Political Party as listed in the April 2, 2004
Cumberland County Street List Dickinson, South P.
2. As such, it is also my understanding that Mr. August Ginter was not registered to
the same party at the time his petition was circulated and names were collected.
3. Therefore I respectfully request that Mr. August Ginter's petition be invalidated in
accordance with the Instructions for Circulating and Filing Petition for County
and Municipal Offices; Petition Affidavits: I. The circulator must be a registered
elector in the same political party as the petition they are circulating.

Bureau of Elections has rejected the petition of August Ginter to have his name placed
on the ballot as a candidate for Supervisor of Dickinson Township, Cumberland County,
the within petition of Ray Jones challenging Ginter's petition, IS DISMISSED AS MOOT.
