AND NOW, this 24t" day of February, 2014, upon consideration of the
Petition for Appointment of a Guardian;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED that a hearing on the matter
will be held on Tuesday, April 29, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. in Courtroom No. 2 of the
Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
IT IS FUTHER ORDERED AND DIRECTED that Notice of Entry of this
hearing shall be served upon Loren Shumaker by certified and regular mail. Notice of
hearing shall be served upon Charles J. Foster by publication the Cumberland County
Law Journal and by publication in a newspaper of general circulation in both
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania and Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
' IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND DIRECTED that pending a hearing,
Michelle J. Huth and Eric T. Huth are appointed to serve as Guardians of the person of
the minor child, Madison Elizabeth Foster.
