McBeth died on April 19, 2005, leaving a Will dated October 30, 1985. Under his will, the decedent left his entire estate to his wife, Madonna B. McBeth who predeceased in December, 1985. His contingent beneficiary was his son, David L. McBeth, who died on January 13, 2014 without a wife and without issue. His estate is opened in Cumberland County at File No. 2014-0064. 1. Ronald E. McBeth is the son of Kenneth H. McBeth and is the only statuatory heir to the decedent's estate. n CD c-. 70 ' c5 W T LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT I, KENNETH H. McBETH, of South Newton Township, Cumberland County, Penn- sylvania, declare this to be my Last Will and Testament and revoke any will or codicil previously made by me. ITEM I: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses, including my gravemarker and all expenses of my last illness, shall be paid from my residuary estate as soon as practicable after my decease as a part of the administration of my estate. ITEM II: I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate of every nature and wheresoever situate to my wife, Madonna B. McBeth, providing she shall survive me by thirty days. ITEM III: Should my wife, Madonna B. McBeth predecease me or die on or before the thirtieth day following my death, I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate of every nature and wheresoever situate to my son, David L. McBeth. ITEM IV: I appoint Madonna B. McBeth executrix of this my Last Will and Testament. Should she fail to qualify-or cease to act as executrix, I .appoint David L. McBeth executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
