MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR DELINOUENT TRASH REMOVAL FEES
The West Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, by its Solicitor, Martson Law
Offices, hereby files its claim for unpaid /delinquent trash removal service fees against the real estate
hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is West Pennsboro Township, of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of Cumberland and organized pursuant to
ordinances of West Permsboro Township.

The names of the owners, or the reputed owners, of the property against which this claim is filed are
Michael L. Starner whose last known mailing address is 3 89 Georgetown Road, Gardners, PA 17324,
and Helen Starner whose last known mailing address is 141 East Main Street, Mechanicsburg, PA
17055.

A description of the property against which this Lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as Exhibit
"A" with an address of 36 Stone Ledge Road, Newville, PA 17241.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this Lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act
of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq.

The lien is claimed for unpaid /delinquent trash removal service fees against the above - described
property in the amount of $98.53, plus any additional fees incurred thereafter.

Interest is claimed on the above - mentioned fees until paid in full.

WITNESSETH, that in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Eighty -nine Thousand
Nine Hundred and no/100 ($189,900.00) Dollars, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, the said grantors hereby grant and convey unto the grantees,
their heirs and assigns, as tenants by the entireties:
ALL that certain tract of land and the improvements thereon situate in West Pennsboro

BEGINNING at an iron pin on the northern side of a proposed street on the dividing line

pin; thence along the same, by a curve to the right having a radius of 275 feet, an arc
distance of 54.84 feet to a point; thence continuing along the same, South 64 degrees
35 minutes 16 seconds West, a distance of 60.64 feet to an iron pin, the Place of
BEGINNING.

Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Plan Book 26, Page 81, and being
designated as Lot No. 11 thereon.
BEING the same property which GERALD F. WALTERS and SABRINA L. WALTERS,
his wife, granted and conveyed to FRANZ FOX and BETH A. FOX, his wife, grantors.
herein, by deed dated February 12, 19999, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder
of Deeds for Cumberland County in Deed Book 194, Page 319.
HAVING erected thereon a dwelling known as 36 Stone Ledge Road, Newviile,
Pennsylvania 17241.
AND the grantors hereby covenant and agree that they will warrant specially the
property hereby conveyed.
