The West Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, by its Solicitor, Martson Law
Offices, hereby files its claim for unpaid /delinquent trash removal service fees against the real estate
hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is West Pennsboro Township, of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of Cumberland and organized pursuant to
ordinances of West Pennsboro Township.

The names of the owners, or the reputed owners, of the property against which this claim is filed are
Dorothy M. Mixell and Merle E. Mixell, Jr., with last known mailing addresses of 125 Centerville
Road, Newville, PA 17241, and 121 Steelstown Road, Newville, PA 17241.

A description of the property against which this Lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as Exhibit
"A" with an address of 125 Centerville Road, Newville, PA 17241.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this Lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act
of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq.

The lien is claimed for unpaid /delinquent trash removal service fees against the above - described
property in the amount of $200.04, plus any additional fees incurred thereafter.

Interest is claimed on the above - mentioned fees until paid in full.

THIS INDENTURE, made this b day of 1998
BETWEEN DOROTHY M. MIXELL, a single woman, survivor of herself and her
deceased husband, MERLE E. MIXELL, of 125 Centerville Road, Newville,
Pennsylvania 17241, party of the first part,
and
DOROTHY M. MIXELL, a single woman, of 125 Centerville Road, Newville,
Pennsylvania 17241 and MERLE E. MIXELL JR., a married man, as joint tenants
with full rights of survivorship and NOT as tenants in common, of 121
Steelstown Road, Newville, Pennsylvania 17241, parties of the second part,
WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration
of TEN and 00 /100 DOLLARS ($10.00), to her in hand paid by the said parties
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged,
does'by these presents grant, bargain, sell, remise, release, alien, confirm
and forever Quit Claim unto the said parties of the second part, their heirs
and assigns, FOREVER, all that certain piece or parcel of land situate and
being in the Township of West Pennsboro, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania, and described as follows, to -wit:
BEGINNING AT A POINT IN THE GUTTER LINE OF THE NEWVILLE - CENTERVILLE
ROAD AT CORNER OF LAND OF JOHN S. GREEGOR AND WIFE; THENCE ALONG
THE LAND OF GREEGOR, AND AT RIGHT ANGLES TO THE AFORESAID ROAD 200
FEET TO OTHER LAND OF CARL DEVOE FAMER; THENCE BY A LINE PARALLEL
TO THE AFORESAID ROAD SOUTH 31 DEGREES EAST, 100 FEET TO A POINT;
THENCE BY A LINE AT RIGHT ANGLES WITH THE AFORESAID PUBLIC ROAD 200
FEET TO THE AFORESAID GUTTER LINE; THENCE NORTH 31 DEGREES WEST 100
FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.
Being the same property conveyed to Merle E. Mixell and Dorothy M.
Mixell, by a deed from Merle E. Mixell and Dorothy M. Mixell dated
5 -25 -54 and recorded 7 -9 -54 in the Recorder's Office of Cumberland
County and referenced as Book W15, Page 99.
Commonly known as: 125 Centerville Road
Tax ID NO: 46 -21- 0359 -006
EXEMPT: This deed is a conveyance between mother and son and is,
therefore, exempt from realty transfer tax.
Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining: TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises
to the said parties of the second part, and to their heirs and assigns, to
the sole and only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said parties of the
second part, their heirs and assigns, FOREVER.
