The West Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, by its Solicitor, Martson Law
Offices, hereby files its claim for unpaid /delinquent trash removal service fees against the real estate
hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is West Pennsboro Township, of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of Cumberland and organized pursuant to
ordinances of West Pennsboro Township.

The names of the owners, or the reputed owners, of the property against which this claim is filed are
Jeffrey L. Carey and Leann Carey with a mailing address of 2421 SE West Blackwell Drive, Port St.

A description of the property against which this Lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as Exhibit
"A" with an address of 251 McAllister Church Road, Carlisle, PA 17015.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this Lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act
of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq.

The lien is claimed for unpaid /delinquent trash removal service fees against the above - described
property in the amount of $123.53, plus any additional fees incurred thereafter.

Interest is claimed on the above - mentioned fees until paid in full.

This Indenture made the 18th day of June, 2005,

(hereinafter called the Grantor), of the one part, and

(hereinafter called the Grantees), of the other part,
Witnesseth that the said Grantor for and in consideration of the sum of One And 00 /100 Dollars
($1.00) lawful money of the United States of America, unto her well and truly paid by the said Grantees,
at or before the sealing and delivery hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted,
bargained and sold, released and confirmed, and by these presents does grant, bargain and sell, release
and confirm unto the said Grantees, as tenants by the entirety
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land with the Improvements thereon erected, situate in
the Township of West Pennsboro, County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the center of the Public Road leading from the
Carlisle- Newville Road to Greeson; thence along property now or formerly of Charles F.
Nelson and wife, South 84 degrees 45 minutes East a distance of 53.5 feet to a post;
thence by same, South 57 degrees30 minutes East a distance of 219.8 feet to a stake at
three Locust Trees; thence along lands now or formerly of Lawrence Heberlig, South 42
degrees West a distance of 33 feet to a stake; thence by same, North 56 degrees 45
minutes West a distance of 141.66 feet to a stake; thence by same, North 79 degrees 15
minutes West a distance of 102.35 feet to a point in the center of the Public Road above
described, thence by center of the above Public Road, North 5 degrees 30 minutes East a
distance of 50.84 feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
THE forgoing description is in accordance with a survey made by T. Elliot
Middleton, a registered surveyor, March 27, 1947.

BEING the same premises which Robert E. Shields and Pamela M. Shields, husband and
wife, by Deed dated June 18, 1999, and recorded June 18, 1999, is the Cumberland
County Recorder of Deeds Office, in Deed Book 201, page 1081, granted and conveyed
unto Jeffrey L. Carey, single person, in fee.
THIS IS A TRANSFER FROM HUSBAND TO HUSBAND AND WIFE THEREFORE
THEY ARE TRANSFER- TAX - EXEMPT.

Together with all and singular the buildings and improvements, ways, streets, alleys, driveways,
passages, waters, water - courses, rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances, whatsoever
unto the hereby granted premises belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and the reversions and
remainders, rents, issues, and profits thereof; and all the estate, right, title, interest, property, claim and
demand whatsoever of her, the said grantor, as well at law as in equity, of, in and to the same.
To have and to hold the said lot or piece of ground described above, with the buildings and
improvements thereon erected, hereditaments and premises hereby granted, or mentioned and intended so
to be, with the appurtenances, unto the said Grantees, their heirs and assigns, to and for the only proper
use and behoof of the said Grantees, their heirs and assigns, forever.
And the said Grantor, for herself and her heirs, executors and administrators, does, by these presents,
covenant, grant and agree, to and with the said Grantees, their heirs and assigns, that she, the said Grantor,
and her heirs, all and singular the hereditaments and premises herein described and granted, or mentioned
and intended so to be, with the appurtenances, unto the said Grantees, their heirs and assigns, against her,
the said Grantor, and her heirs, and against all and every other person and persons whosoever lawfully
claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof, shall and will
Warrant and Forever Defend.
In Witness Whereof, the party of the first part has hereunto set her hand and seal. Dated the day and
