Plaintiff is Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC, duly organized and doing business at the above - captioned address. 2. The Defendant is Jesse R. Jones, who is a mortgagor and real owner of the mortgaged property hereinafter described, whose last -known address is 17 Channel Drive, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013. 3. The Defendant is Joana D. Jones, who is a mortgagor and real owner of the mortgaged property hereinafter described, whose last -known address is 17 Channel Drive, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013. 4. On June 8, 2005, Jesse R. Jones, and Joana D. Jones, mortgagors, made, executed and delivered a mortgage upon the premises hereinafter described to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as Nominee for America Mortgage Network, Inc., d /b /a AMNET Mortgage which mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Cumberland County in Mortgage Book 1911, Page 3047 ( "the Mortgage "), such Mortgage being incorporated herein by reference pursuant to Rule 1019(g) Pa. Plaintiff attempted to personally serve a true and correct copy of the Complaint in Mortgage Foreclosure upon the Defendant, Joana D. Jones, at her last-known address and the mortgaged premises of 17 Channel Drive, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013. The process server was not able to serve the Defendant because the Defendant was not found at this address. Property appears to be vacant. A true and correct copy of the Return of Service indicating the same is attached hereto, made a part hereof as Exhibit"A". 2. Pursuant to Pennsylvania Rule of Civil Procedure 430,Plaintiff has conducted a good faith investigation to determine the current whereabouts of Defendant and the attached Affidavit sets forth in detail the nature and extent of the investigation. As a result of the investigation,a special Order of Court is required permitting service by regular and certified mail at the Defendant's last-known address and by posting a copy of the original process on the mortgaged premises. 4.
