Myers A/K/A Melissa J. Shenk, Deceased Mortgagor and Real Owner, and their last -known address is 226 Reno Avenue, New Cumberland, PA 17070. 5. On May 4, 2001, Melissa J. Myers A /K/A Melissa J. Shenk, mortgagor, made, executed and delivered a mortgage upon the premises hereinafter described to Allfirst Bank which mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Cumberland County in Mortgage Book 1713, Page 258 (the "Mortgage "), such Mortgage being incorporated herein by reference pursuant to Rule 1019(g) Pa. R. C. P. 6. On January 13, 2012, Melissa J. Myers A/K/A Melissa J. Shenk departed this life. No estate has been opened as a result of the demise of Melissa J. Myers A/K/A Melissa J. Shenk, Deceased Mortgagor and Real Owner. 7.
