NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all parties interested that Troy B. Long, Executor of
the Estate of DAVID L. GEARHART late of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, has filed its
First and Intended as Final Account of said Estate, together with a statement of proposed
distribution of the balances shown by such account, in the Offices of the Register of Wills and
the Clerk of the Orphans' Court of said County, which account and statement will be presented to
said Court on April 22, 2014 of 9.30 A.M. in the Cumberland County County Courthouse,
Courtroom #1, One Courthouse Square, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, when the same will be confirmed
and approved, and a decree of distribution as proposed will be made,unless exceptions thereto
are filed.
