RECEIPT RELEASE REFUNDING AND
IE 2: 08 INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT
The undersigned, beneficiary of the estate of David L. Gearhart, deceased, does hereby:
ClJ%MoWIc(f is i6at it has received the sum of five percent of the net estate in the amount
of$13,155.55 in full satisfaction of any all sums now due or owing from the Estate of David L.
Gearhart; and„
Absolutely and irrevocably release and discharge Donis H. Zagurskie, Esquire,Attorney
for the Estate of David L. Gearhart and the Administrator,heirs personal representatives, heirs,
successors and assigns, from any and all actions, Iiabilities, claims and demands, including
specifically but not limited to liability arising in connection with any mistake of fact or law, or
negligent or careless act or omission by the Administrator, in connection with the administration
and distribution of assets shown in the statement, without a formal court accounting and
adjudication; and,
Declares that this instrument shall be legally binding upon the following beneficiary of
the Estate of David L. Gearhart: Shepherstown United Methodist Church.
