Mary Davis, treasurer of the CSA,has refused to turn over the financial records for the fiscal year 2013. By majority vote of the membership of the CSA, at it's November 2013 meeting, an audit and an Audit Committee of their peers,was voted on and approved. The financial records were to be handed over to the audit committee, after the December 2013 CSA meeting and no later that December 31,2013. WHEREFORE,the plaintiff asks for judgment against defendant, as follows: 1. Issue an immediate freezing injunction to prevent the CSA from disposing of or dealing with it's assets. 2. For an order requiring defendant to turn over a112013 CSA financial records for audit. 3. For any attorney fees incurred. 4. For filing cost and any other costs incurred. 5. The Defendant refused to hand over any or all 2013 CSA financial records to the Audit Committee. • Plaintiff, Kenneth A. Kreiger, a resident of the Cottages of Shippensburg, 300 Dwelling Court, Shippensburg, PA 17257 and a member of the Cottages of Shippensburg Association, also known as the CSA, requests that the court require Mary Davis, elected secretary/treasurer of the CSA to produce all financial records for the fiscal year of 2013 and to pay all legal fees, filing costs and other costs incurred, now totaling $299.20.
