MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SERVICES AND SEWER RATES -
AND NOW, comes Monroe Township Municipal Authority, of 1220 Boiling Springs
Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, by and through its Solicitor, Michael J. Pykosh, Esquire,
and files the following municipal claim against Susan Ann Asten owning property located at 806
W. Keller Street, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055. Susan Ann Asten is the owner of all that
certain lot of ground, including any improvements thereon, being more fully described as
follows:
ALL THAT PARCEL piece or parcel of land situate in the Township of
Monroe, County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as
follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point in the Northern line of West Keller Street, said point
being on the division line between Lots No. 61 and 62 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan
of Lots; thence along the Northern line of West Keller Street in a Westwardly direction
50 feet to a point in the division line between Lots No. 62 and 63 on said Plan; thence
along the division line between Lots No. 62 and 63 on said Plan in a Northwardly
direction, 143 feet to a point; thence along the Southern line of a 5 feet wide right -of -way
in an Eastwardly direction 50 feet to a point in the division line between Lots No. 61 and
62 in said Plan in a Southwardly direction, 143 feet to a point in the Northern line of
West Keller Street aforesaid, at the place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 62 in a certain Plan of Lots known as Point Comfort, laid out for
George B. Vogelsong and Minnie C. Vogelsong, husband and wife, which said Plan is
recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder's Office in Plan Book No. 2, Page 36.
HAVING THEREON ERECTED a one story brick ranch house, with carport,
known and numbered as 806 West Keller Street.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Esther M. Neff, by and through her
Attorney -ln -Fact Beverly Orris, by Deed dated January 29, 1993 and recorded February
1, 1993 at the Recorder of Deeds Office in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Book
C -36, Page 957, granted and conveyed unto Sandra Sue Asten, single woman.

Monroe Township Municipal Authority hereby files this Municipal Lien for Services and
Sewer Rates levied and assessed from through and including. Said Authority services and sewer
rates were levied and assessed pursuant to Authority Resolution No. 02 -04, same being known as
a Resolution of the Board of Monroe Township Municipality Authority imposing user charges to
be collected from the owner of each improved property served or to be served by the Authority's
sewer system, in conjunction with all prior relevant Resolutions and Ordinances, including, but
not necessarily limited to, Monroe Township Ordinance No. 3 of 1978 and Monroe Township
Ordinance No. 99 -6, as amended; and providing for payment and collection of such user charges.
Attached hereto and incorporated herein are the statement(s) forwarded by Monroe Township
Municipal Authority to for sewerage due to be treated from October 1, 2013 through December
31, 2013, which services total is in the amount of five hundred ten and 13/100 ($510.13) dollars,
which sum was duly assessed against, and the real property described herein from the date of
said billing statements as attached hereto, and for which sum, with interest in the amount of ten
(10 %) percent, along with penalties and all costs, including attorneys' fees, a municipal lien is
claimed against the above - described real property and premises in accordance with the Act of
May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, §7, as amended, 53 P.S. §7101, et seq, as amended (Municipal Claims
and Tax Liens).

Dear Ms. Asten:
am contacting you on behalf of Monroe Township relative to your sewer account
#759 for real estate owned by you, same being known and numbered as 806 W. Keller
Street. This account is delinquent. As of the last billing notice, same being, dated
November 15, 2013, the delinquency is in the amount of $574.80. The purpose of this
letter is to give you the following three options regarding your past due account:
A. Full Payment of the entire outstanding balance to be made within
ten (10) days of the date of this letter;
B. Contact the Authority to set up a Payment Agreement of a minimum
of $100.00 per month on account of the arrears and required to
1 keep up with all quarterly charges billed thereafter. The Agreement
must be finalized within ten (10) days of the date of this letter;
C. The lien /sheriff's sale process will immediately commence if :there is
no communication from the owner to set up and complete either
option A or B within ten (10) days of the date of this letter.
Option C will result in filing fees, service costs, and attorney's fees. Attorney's
fees that are incurred with respect to the collection of this delinquent account will be
assessed at the current rate. The imposition of assessment of attorney's fees may be
avoided by you making payment in full or executing a Payment Agreement within ten
(10) days of date of this letter.
