Monroe Township Municipal Authority hereby files this Municipal Lien for Services and Sewer Rates levied and assessed from through and including. Said Authority services and sewer rates were levied and assessed pursuant to Authority Resolution No. 02 -04, same being known as a Resolution of the Board of Monroe Township Municipality Authority imposing user charges to be collected from the owner of each improved property served or to be served by the Authority's sewer system, in conjunction with all prior relevant Resolutions and Ordinances, including, but not necessarily limited to, Monroe Township Ordinance No. 3 of 1978 and Monroe Township Ordinance No. 99 -6, as amended; and providing for payment and collection of such user charges. This account is delinquent. As of the last billing notice, same being, dated November 15, 2013, the delinquency is in the amount of $625.90. The purpose of this letter is to give you the following three options regarding your past due account: A. Full Payment of the entire outstanding balance to be made within ten (10) days of the date of this letter; B. Contact the Authority to set up a Payment Agreement of a minimum of $100.00 per month on account of the arrears and required to keep up with all quarterly charges billed thereafter. The Agreement must be finalized within ten (10) days of the date of this letter; C. The lien /sheriff's sale process will immediately commence if there is no communication from the owner to set up and complete either option A or B within ten (10) days of the date of this letter.
