The Agreement states that you are responsible to pay a minimum of $100.00 per month on the arrears and also keep up with the amount billed for the current quarter. The last payment we received from you was on October 31, 2013 in the amount of $200.00. You currently have an outstanding balance of $668.77. According to our records you have not kept up with the Agreement terms. Therefore, within five (5) days from the receipt of this notification you are required to resume the payment arrangements stated in the Payment Agreement, or the Authority will resume the lien process against your property. Filing of a lien will result in filing fees, service costs, and attorney's fees. Attorney's fees that are incurred with respect to the collection of this delinquent account will be assessed at the current rate. The imposition of assessment of attorney's fees may be avoided by you resume your Payment Agreement within five (5) days of the receipt of this letter.
