AND NOW, this 27th day of February, 2014,
following a hearing on the Petition for Adjudication of
Incapacity and Appointment of �a Plenary Guardian of the Person
and Estate of Gladys Shughart, and it appearing there may be an
outstanding bank account that has the potential of requiring
additional Court review, but it appearing that the adjudication
of incapacity is necessary, as well as the appointment of a
guardian of the person and estate of Gladys Shughart, one will be
� appointed. Neighborhood Services of 134 South Prince Street in
Lancaster, Pennsylvania, 17603,. is temporarily appointed guardian
of the person and estate of the incapacitated person, Gladys
Shughart. This temporary appointment will remain in force and
effect until further Order of Court.
Neighborhood Services is directed to research the
believed to be M & T Bank account and report back through counsel
the status of that account. Upon presentation of that
information the Court will� entertain entering a permanent order.
Neighborhood Services shall not be required to
post bond, however, shall be requixed to maintain their
professional liability insurance. Neighborhood Services shall be
paid $l00 a month from the medical assistance benefits, should
Gladys Shughart be eligible, and the remaining monthly stipend is

to be paid by Church of God Home.
