REQUEST FOR CONTINUANCE OF HEARING MARCH 18. 2005
AND NOW, this 14th day of March 2005, comes Attorney, Christina L. Bradley, Esquire, at
the request of Respondents, Mark and Tammy Stimeling, parents of minor respondent, Kyle
Stimeling, who hereby request a continuance of the hearing scheduled for March 18, 2005, as
follows:
1. This matter was filed with the Orphan's Court Division on February 25,2005, by the
filing of a Petition for Leave to Compromise Minor's Claim.
2. A hearing relative to this matter has been scheduled for March 18,2005.
3. Due to the nature ofthis matter, both Respondents, Mark and Tammy Stimeling are
required to participate in this hearing.
4. Respondent, Mark Stimeling, is unavailable for this hearing due to an unavoidable
conflict.
5. Respondents are unrepresented in this matter, and have requested that Attorney for
Petitioners make said request of Court.

WHEREFORE, Respondents respectfully request that the hearing in this matter be continued
to a later date to allow for participation by Respondent, Mark Stimeling.
