Petitioner is a registered and enrolled member of the Republican Party, who moves the Court to strike the name ofLynn "Max" Carlson from the official ballot in the East Pennsboro School District for the municipal primary for the Primary Election of 2005 as a candidate for the office of School Board member for two years. 3. Lynn "Max" Carlson filed a Petition with twelve signatures thereon for the office of School Board Member. 4. Petitioner alleges that on line 9 of the Petition, the name of Michael McKinney, with an address of 55 Greenmont Drive, Enola, East Pennsboro Township signed 3-5-05 is a registered Democrat and ineligible to sign the Petition for a Republican candidate; the name of signer Michelle R. Bowers is a non-party registered person and ineligible to sign the Petition for a Republican candidate; and the name of Dave Lockhart of 719 Manor Road, Camp Hill, P A, 170 II is not a registered voter and is ineligible to sign the Petition for a Republican candidate.
