Three Days For Marriage License Application and it appearing that JOHN PALMER and MICHELLE
GILL will apply on this day for a marriage license and the Court being satisfied that extraordinary
circumstance demand it,the Clerk of Orphans' Court is hereby authorized to issue said license
. immediately upon proper application thereof provided all provisions concerning marriages under Pa C.
S. Title 23 are met.

PETITION F4R WAIVER OF THREE DAYS FOR M[A►RRIAGE LICENSE APPLICATION
1. John Palmer who resides at 1865 Royal Gorge Ave.,Charlotte.NC 2$201 and
Michelle Gill who resides at ?18 West Trade St.,Unit 302,Charlotte,NC 28202�
would like to petition the Court to waive the three days waiting period for issuance of a
marriage license.
2. The reason for their request is that: John Palmer and Michelle Gill are residents of Chazlotte
NC. A marri�ge ceremony will be held in Michelle's hometown of Camp Hill,PA on Ma.v
10,2014. John Palmer is a full-time emplovee at Bank of America and attends graduate
school in the evenings. Because of this,the Petitioners will not have the opponuni !yto be
present in Pennsylvania at the same time to satisfy the three day waiting period,and to.,pick
up the license within the b0 da�time frame that a license is valid.
3. The petitioners would like to apply for a mamage license on May 8,2U 14 with the
date of the marriage being Mav 10, 2014 ,
WHE;'REFORE,the undersigned petition the Court to waive the three da.y waiting period for
issuance of the marriage license.
