AND NOW, this 3rd day of March, 2014, upon
consideration of the Petition for Change of Guardian, and after
full hearing in the matter, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED
that the decision on the change of guardian will be held in
abeyance at this time. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND DIRECTED that
Fox Subacute is directed to secure alternate placement for the
incapacitated person subject to approval by this Court. In
accomplishing that goal Mother is directed to cooperate with Fox
Subacute in securing alternate placement .
