As per the AMENDMENTS TO SUPREME COURT ORPHANS ' COURT RULES, NO. 103
SUPREME COURT RULES DOCKET NO. 1, for decedents dying on or after
July 1 , 1992 , the personal representative or his counsel, within two
(2) years of the decedent ' s death, shall file with the Register of
Wills a Status Report of completed or uncompleted administration.
