HomeMy WebLinkAbout14-1254 M4Z STIl'ULATION AGAINST LIENS THIS AGREEMENT, made the k day of a h j2E 2014 by and between ABSOLUTE HOME SERVICES, LTD, (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor ") with a principal place of business located 858 West Louther Street, Carlisle, PA 17013 AND MATTHEW A. STROHECKER and ELIZABETH D. STROHECKER, HUSBAND AND WIFE.(hereinafter referred to as "Owners ") Whereby the former undertook and agreed to construct a single family dwelling on that certain lot of ground situate in, West Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described pursuant to the Final Subdivision Plan for Robert J. Yinger, Barry L. Yinger and Glenn L. Warehime, dated May 8, 1992, and recorded in the Recorder of Deeds Office in and for Cumberland County, in Plan Book 63, Page 42, as follows, containing all of Lot 27 of the aforementioned subdivision plan. Containing 1.855 acres. Address: 190 Goodyear Road, N ' 1 7244 - Olaf , (e A I -4 O (5— Being further identified as Tax Parcel No. 46 -08- 0587 -081 NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) to him in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the construction of the said buildings on the lot above- described, and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and others under them, hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant. c zr 1: M Signed, Sealed and Delivered ` - :13 ?9E) I .- t in t e Presence of ABSOLUTE HOME SERVICES, LTD �4 C � N7* WKE (' er) -° SEAL ELIZA0TffI5.
