respect to completion of the administration of the above-captioned estate:

the administration will be complete: July 31, 2014
Although Decedent died in 2012,the undersigned was appointed Administratrix by
the Court under a Citation Petition on November 15, 2013. The Inheritance Tax
Return is being contemporaneously delivered to the Court for filing and the
Administratrix anticipates the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Department of
Revenue will examine same promptly and issue in due course its Form 1547 --
within five(5)months if present backlog and experience hold true.
