Real Estate-All that certain piece or parcel of real estate having thereon erected a 108,000.00
dwelling house being known and numbered as 1355 Simpson Ferry Road, New
Cumberland, Pennsylvania. The property was acquired by Charles W. Lowe,Jr.and
Elizabeth L Lowe,husband and wife, by Deed dated March 3, 1954 and recorded March
3, 1954 in the Cumberland County Register of Wills Office, a copy of said Deed being
attached hereto and incorporated herein. The said Charles W. Lowe,Jr.died
September 19,2001,whereupon full and complete title became vested solely in
Elizabeth L. Lowe,the decedent herein. Final settlement took place on February 28,
2014. A copy of the deed conveying said real estate,along with a copy of the
Settlement Sheet,are attached hereto and incorporated herein. The sale price of the
real estate was$108,000.00.
