IN RE: Estate of Daniel J. Taylor, deceased,Lori Taylor, Administratrix
The undersigned hereby presents for filing against the above-referenced Estate this
Statement of Claim and alleges:
1. The basis of this claim is the failure of the Administratrix, Lori Taylor,to pay
attorneys fees incurred in connection with the administration of the Estate, and which remain due
and owing.
2. The name and address of the claimant is Cunningham& Chernieoff,P.C.,2320 North
Second Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17105.
3. The amount of the claim is $1,329.75 (which is now due and owing).
4. The claims are not contingent.
5. The claims are not secured.
