Angeloff, Sr., of 353 Raymond Road, Road, Enola, Pennsylvania, do hereby publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and annulling each and every Will heretofore made by me. I. PAYMENT OF DEBTS AND FUNERAL EXPENSES. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid. This direction is not a reaffirmation of any debt, and shall not prevent my Executors from contesting any and all claims made against my Estate on any factual or legal basis as he or she may see fit. II. APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE. I name, constitute and appoint my son, Daniel K. Angeloff, Executor of my last Will. In the event that my son, Daniel K. Angeloff shall predecease me, or is unable or unwilling to serve, I nominate, constitute, and appoint my daughter-in-law, Violet L. Angeloff, as Executrix. III. DISTRUBUTION OF ESTATE All the rest, residue, and remainder of my Estate, both real and personal, I give, devise and bequeath to my child, Daniel K. Angeloff. I specifically exclude all my other children from receiving any portion of my estate: Dimko V. Angeloff, Jr., son; John E. Werner, son; Robert W. Staub, son; William J. Werner, son; and Brenda S. Vazquez, daughter. IV. POWERS OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE. I confer upon my - Executor, the following powers. A. To retain in kind any property constituting a part of my Estate at the time of my death. B. To sell, convey, lease or mortgage, any or all real property which I may die seized. C. To make such investments in real estate and in stocks, bonds and other securities as they may deem prudent and advisable without being restricted to securities designated by law as legal investments. D. To make division among the legatees and remaindermen wholly or partly in kind and for that purpose, to determine the values of any property so distributed and divided. E. To take over in kind and retain as trust investments any stocks, bonds or other investments which I may own at the time of my death. V. WAIVER OF BOND. I hereby direct that none of the fiduciaries appointed under this instrument be required to give bond. VI. CONTEST CLAUSE. If, for any reason, one or more of my children taking under the will should file anything in Court to contest the distribution as determined by the Executor, or if a petition is filed on their behalf, that child, shall then lose whatever share they would have been entitled to and their share shall be given to a charity to be named by the Executor. I have left my entire estate to my son, Daniel K. Angeloff, and have specifically excluded all my other children from receiving any portion of my estate. I specifically authorize my sole heir, Daniel K. Angeloff, to pursue all legal remedies in support of my desire to leave my entire estate to him. w..
