Dear Sir/Madam:
As a note of explanation, the following inheritance tax return was filed with an
Order of Court as an attachment and referred to in the body of the tax return. The court
order was "sealed by the court" and the Register of Wills was unable to process the
document for filing as it would cause.the sealed order to be placed in the public file.
Deborah A. Liotus, Esquire, the attorney of record, filed a Praecipe to remove the sealed
court order from Inheritance Tax Return. A copy of the Praecipe is attached.
