receiving evidence considering Petitioner's request to confirm his testamentary appointment as
guardian of Steven William Richwine, a minor, THE COURT ORDERS the following:
1. Timothy Lee Brandt is confirmed as the guardian over the person of Steven William
Richwine pursuant to 20 Pa. C.S. § 2519. Timothy Brandt, as guardian over the
person of Steven Richwine, shall not be required to post a bond.
2. The estate of Kenneth Richwine and the Trust of Steven W. Richwine is authorized
to pay reasonable attorneys' fees, costs, and expenses for this matter.
