ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 12t" day of March 2014, the court is in receipt of a sealed
envelope from Keith O. Brenneman, Esquire, that are the records for in camera review
based on a subpoena to the Cumberland County Aging and Community Services for
records regarding decedent from January 1, 2010 to January 12, 2013.
These records are to remain sealed and are not available for public or private
inspection absent further order of court. A copy of this order shall be taped to the front
of the sealed envelope.
The court is aware that there is an outstanding petition for a citation for an appeal
from probate, filed 11 September 2013, and that the information contained in this sealed
record may be germane to that matter. This sealed order protects those records for
future use as deemed appropriate with a proper court order.
