Pursuant to a conference among counsel for the parties and the Honorable Lisa M.Grayson,
Esquire,Cumberland County,Pennsylvania,Register of Wills and Clerk of the Orphan's Court(the
"Register"), held February 18, 2014, counsel for the parties, by and on behalf of their respective
clients do hereby agree that upon admission ofthe Will of George W.Howard dated April 24,2012
(the"Will")to probate by the Register,and pending the filing and resolution of an appeal from such
admission to be filed by Mark A. Mateya, Esquire on behalf of Robbie Howard and Dennis
Howard,John C.Oszustowicz,Esquire,Executor of the above Estate under the Will,shall exercise
h is fiduciary authority as such Executor only upon the consent of all of the undersigned counsel for
the parties.
