Furthermore, the alleged incapacitated person shall be in attendance unless it can be
established by his physician that his mental or physical condition would be harmed by his
presence at the hearing. This may be established in the form of written interrogatories.

PETITIONER shall properly serve notice of the Petition and Hearing upon all persons
entitled to share in the estate of the alleged incapacitated person, and proof of said service shall
be filed prior to the Hearing.
