LETTERS TESTAMENTARY ISSUED TO CO-EXECUTORS AND TO ISSUE LETTERS OF
ADMINISTRATION
ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 13th day of March, 2014, this being the
time and place set for a Petition to Remove Robert L. Fritz as
Co-Executor of the Estate of Donna J. Fritz, or in the Alternative,
to Remove the Letters Testamentary Issued to Co-Executors and to
Issue Letters of Administration, and the Petitioner having
presented their case in full and Petitioner ' s Exhibits 1 through 9
having been admitted, and the Respondent, Robert 1 . Fritz, having
begun his case-in-chief and having testified and indicating that he
is most of the way through his direct testimony and it being
necessary that there be a continuance, this matter is continued.
The parties are directed to appear for a further
hearing on this matter on Thursday, March 27, 2014, at 11 : 00 a .m.
It is noted that we will start with the end of the Respondent ' s
testimony and then any cross-examination by Attorney Radcliff. It
is noted that the Respondent shall have a total of 30 minutes at
the next hearing to present the remaining of his case and then any
other rebuttal or surrebuttal in the remaining 30 minutes .
