The Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereby files its claim
against Donna M. Spitz and all that certain lot or piece of ground situated in the
Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known as 421 E. North
Street and having thereon erected a house. (See property description attached.)
For Curb and sidewalk repairs for 421 E. North Street together with an additional
ten percent (10%) and $90.00 solicitor filing fee for a total of $ 2299.40, together
with interest sec. le,q. from August 30, 1998, the date of completion of the work.
Prior notice in accordance with law was served upon the owner by first class United
States certified mail, postage prepaid, at the owner's address at 421 E. North Street on
February 29, 2000. The said services were provided by the Borough of Carlisle and
the charge levied therefor in strict accordance with Article XVIII of the Borough Code,
Act of February 1, 1966, P.L. 1655 (1965), No. 581, Section 1801 et. seq., 53 P.S.
Section 46801 et seq., Ordinance 145-C, Article II of Chapter 120, and/or Article V of
Chapter 223 of the Code of the Borough of Carlisle.

land of Regent Construction Company South $ degrees 20 minutes West
139.60 feet to a stake; thence by the northern line ot'East North Street
North 84 degrees 40 minutes West 109 feet to the place of BEGINNING.
BEING improved with a seven room frame dwelling and garage
known as No. 421 East North Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
BEING the same premises which Crea E. Arnold, Executrix, by deed
dated Junel2, 1969 and recorded in the Recorder of Deeds Office in and for
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Degd Book G-23 at Page 270, granted
and conveyed unto Roger C. Spitz and Donna M. Spitz, Isls wife,

PROTECTION FROM ABUSE
IN RE: GUILTY PLEA & SENTENCING
ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 9th day of November, 2004, the
Defendant, Alexander Alvalle, now appearing in court on a charge
of Indirect Criminal Contempt at No. 04-4764 Civil Term, which is
the subject of an Order of Court dated November 4, 2004, with the
Public Defender, Dean E. Reynosa, Esquire, and having tendered a
plea of guilty to the charge, a summary offense carrying a
penalty in the form of a possible prison sentence of 6 months and
a possible fine of $1,000.00, the Defendant's plea of guilty
arising out of a violation of the Protection from Abuse order
herein in the form of phone calls to the victim from the prison,
the Defendant's plea of guilty is accepted.
The sentence of the Court is that the Defendant
pay any fees required under the Protection from Abuse Act, and
that he undergo a period of probation of 6 months, conditioned
upon his being and remaining on good behavior, complying with all
written directions of his Probation Officer, and remaining in
full compliance with the Protection from Abuse order herein, said
period of probation to run consecutive to the sentence previously
imposed on this date for another Indirect Criminal Contempt
charge arising out of a violation of the Protection from Abuse
order.

Prothonotary's office are directed to effect the filing and
