The Borough of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereby files its claims against Jason
C. Liller and Joelle M. Liller and all that certain lot or piece of ground situated in the Borough of
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known generally as 15 East Coover Street,
Mechanicsburg, with a tax parcel number 17 -24- 0787 -070 and more specifically described in Exhibit A
attached and having thereon erected a house.
For curb and sidewalk repairs for 15 East Coover Street: $5,017.50
Together with an additional ten percent (10 %) penalty: $501.75
Solicitor filing fee: $125.00
Total: $5,644.25
Together with court filing costs and interest sec. leg. from September 19, 2013, the date of
completion of the work.
Prior notice in accordance with law was served upon the owner by first class United States mail,
postage prepaid, at the owner's address at 15 East Coover Street in Mechanicsburg, PA 17055 on October 4,
2013, as shown in Exhibit B attached. The said services were provided by the Borough of Mechanicsburg and
the charge levied therefor in strict accordance with Article XVIII of the Borough Code, Act of February 1, 1966,
P.O. 1655 (1965), No. 581, Section 1801 et. seq. 53 P.S. Section 46801 et. seq. Ordinance 892, Part 4 of
Chapter 21 and /or Part 9 of Chapter 1 of the Code of Ordinances of the Borough of Mechanicsburg.

North 77 degrees 15 minutes East 51.42 feet to a point on the said northern curb line; thence North
12 degrees 45 minutes West 82.15 feet to an iron pine; thence South 77 degrees 15 minutes West
51.42 feet to a point on the dividing line between No. 9 East Cover Street and No. 15 East Coover
Street; thence along said dividing line South 12 degrees 45 minutes East 82.15 feet to a point on the
northern curb line of East Coover Street, the Place of BEGINNING.
HAVING THEREON ERECTED a two and one -half (2'/2) story frame dwelling house known and
numbered as 15 East Coover Street, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
BEING the same premises which Donald L. Thompson and Cathy R. Thompson, his wife, by deed
dated May 21, 1987, and recorded May 26, 1987, in the Recorder of Deeds Office in and for
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania In Deed Book R -32, Page 433, granted and conveyed unto Jerry J.
Cichocki and Nancy L. Cichocki, his wife, Grantors herein.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to any restrictions, conditions, drainage easements, utility easements,
and /or utility rights -of -way, as reflected by recorded plans, agreements, or deed.

Together with all and singular the buildings, improvements, ways, woods, waters,
watercourses, rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or

and profits thereof, and of every part and parcel thereof; AND also all the estate, rights, title, interest,
use, possession, property, claim and demand whatsoever of the Grantors both in law and in equity,
of, in and to the premises herein described and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances.
TO have and to hold all and singular the premises herein described together with the hereditaments
and appurtenances unto the Grantees and to Grantees' proper use and benefit forever.
And the Grantors covenant that, except as may be herein set forth, they do and will
SPECIALLY WARRANT and DEFEND, the lands and premises, hereditaments and appurtenances
hereby conveyed, against the Grantors and all other persons lawfully claiming the same or to claim
the same, by, from or under them.
In all references herein to any parties, persons, entities or corporations, the use of any
particular gender or the plural or singular number is intended to include the appropriate gender or
number as the text of the within instrument may require.
Wherever in this instrument any party shall be designated or referred to by name or general
reference, such designation is intended to and shall have the same effect as if the words "heirs,
executors, administrators, personal or legal representatives, successors and assigns" had been
inserted after each and every such designation.

Dear Property Owner:
} Enclosed is a copy of the invoice from Gilmore Construction for the work completed at.your
property located:at 15 East Coover. This letter is your invoice from the Borough for the work
performed under the municipal contract with Gilmore Construction. Please make your check
payable to Mechanicsburg Borough in the amount of $5,017.50. This invoice is due by
November 15, 2013.

If you cannot make payment in full by November 15, 2013 you may request that the Borough
extend you a payment plan for this invoice. If you elect the payment plan option, a 10% ;
administrative fee will be added to this invoice. A municipal property lien will be filed against
your property for the unpaid balance of the sidewalk bill, 10% administrative fee and $125 for
legal costs. An Installment Payment Agreement will need to be signed by you and the Borough
and the Borough will file a lien upon the property until the balance of the lien is paid in full at
which time the lien will be satisfied. If you are interested in making a payment arrangement for
this work, please contact Trish at (717) 691 -3310, Ext 107. A payment plan will be provided for
your review and signature.
