The Borough of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereby files its claims against
Roland L. Doyle, Jr. and Malligadevi Doyle and all that certain lot or piece of ground situated in the Borough of
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known generally as 27 East Coover Street,
Mechanicsburg, with a tax parcel number 17 -24- 0787 -075 and more specifically described in Exhibit A
attached and having thereon erected a house.
For curb and sidewalk repairs for 27 East Coover Street: $897.00
Together with an additional ten percent (10 %) penalty: $89.70
Solicitor filing fee: $125.00
Total: $1111.70
Together with court filing costs and interest sec. leg. from September 14, 2013, the date of
completion of the work.
Prior notice in accordance with law was served upon the owner by first class United States mail,
postage prepaid, at the owner's address at 27 East Coover Street in Mechanicsburg, PA 17055 on November
18, 2013, as shown in Exhibit B attached. The said services were provided by the Borough of Mechanicsburg
and the charge levied therefor in strict accordance with Article XVIII of the Borough Code, Act of February 1,
1966, P.O. 1655 (1965), No. 581, Section 1801 et. se g., 53 P.S. Section 46801 et. seq. Ordinance 892, Part 4 of
Chapter 21 and /or Part 9 of Chapter 1 of the Code of Ordina es of the Borough of Mechanicsburg.

feet to an alley; Thence eastwardly along said alley, a distance of twenty -one (21) feet to a post;
Thence southwardly along premises No. 29 East Coover Street, a distance of one hundred fifty (150)
feet to the North side of East Coover Street; Thence westwardly along the curb line of East Coover
Street, a distance of twenty -one (21) feet to a point, the place of beginning, as surveyed by D. P.
Raffensperger, Registered Surveyor, on April 17, 1956.
HAVING THEREON ERECTED a two and one -half story semi - detached brick dwelling house known as
27 East Coover Street, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES WHICH Paul K. Koveleski and Michelle L. Koveleski, his ex -wife, by
Quit Claim Deed dated January 24"', 2001 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and
for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Deed Book 239, Page 1117, granted and conveyed unto Paul
J. Koveleski, an individual, Grantor herein.

Dear Mr. Doyle:
On October 4, 2013, the Borough mailed correspondence to you regarding your invoice for concrete
work completed at your property under the Borough contract. That correspondence notified you that
you needed to pay the balance due on the invoice in the amount of $897.00 no later than November
15" or the Borough would lien your property for the amount, plus a 10% administrative fee and legal
costs. Our records indicate that we have not received payment.
Please be advised that this is your final notice. You must make payment in full within ten (10) days of
the date of this letter, or the Borough will lien you property for the outstanding bill and all related
charges.
Should you have any questions or concerns regarding this matter, or should you wish to discuss the
matter further, please feel free to contact the Borough Office prior to November 27 Thank you in
