representation in the matter of the Estate of Ronald L.Stoner, File No. 2010-01226,
Cumberland County Register of Wills.
Also, I told you that Jerry A.Weigle,Esquire,Weigle&Associates, PC, 126 East King Street,
Shippensburg, PA 17257 will be entering his/their appearance of record in the Estate of
Ronald L.Stoner and that I would have my new attorney contact you so that you can
withdraw your appearance of record.
Finally,this will acknowledge that on November 1,2012,I picked up the Estate file from
your offices and paid you the sum of$500 representing the services that you performed
prior to and opening the estate in Cumberland County and that you agreed to accept this
U paymen for your services.

RE: Estate of Ronald Stoner
Dear Ms. Waddell:
Enclosed please find a copy of a letter from the Register of Wills for
Cumberland County informing me that a Status Report must be filed by
3/13/2014. Also attached is a copy of the Status Report that you and your new
attorney must file by 3/13/2014.
1 am surprised that I received this notice from the Register of Wills
because on November 1, 2012, you stopped in my office to pick up your file and
signed an "Acknowledgment of Receipt of File and Termination of
Representation". A copy is attached wherein you terminated my representation
and represented to me that Jerry A. Weigle, Esquire, Weigle & Associates, PC,
126 East King Street, Shippensburg, PA 17257 would be entering his/their
appearance to complete the administration of the Estate of Ronald Stoner.
Please contact Attorney Weigle immediately about what you need to do. I
am forwarding a copy of this letter and attachments to your attorney.
