LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I , Mary E. Cook, of Wagontown, Chester County, Pennsylvania,
do hereby make, publish and declare this my Last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking any prior Wills made by me.
FIRST: I direct that all expenses of my last illness and
funeral expenses shall be paid by my Personal Representative as
soon as can be done conveniently after my death.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate, real and personal, wheresoever situate and
of whatsoever the same may consist, whether in possession or in
remainder, which I shall own or which shall be subject to my
disposition at the time of my death, including any property over
which I may have the power of appointment by Will, in equal
shares, to my children: Betty V. Spadoni, Lynda A. Cook, Bonny J.
Lampo, Richard C. Cook and William F. Cook. Should any child of
mine predecease me leaving issue surviving me, I give, devise and
bequeath the share such child would have received, had he/she
survived me, to his/her issue, per stirpes .
THIRD: I nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter, Betty
V. Spadoni, as Personal Representative of this my Last Will and
Testament . If she shall not be living at the time of my death or
shall for any reason fail to qualify or having qualified shall
cease to or be unable to continue to act as the Personal
Representative hereof, I nominate, constitute and appoint my son,
Richard C. Cook, as Personal Representative of this my Last Will
and Testament in the place and stead of Betty.
FOURTH: I order and direct that my Personal Representative
shall not be required to give any bond or other security for the
proper discharge and faithful performance of the duties as such,
in the State of Pennsylvania or elsewhere.
FIFTH: I order and direct that my said Personal
Representative, in addition to all other powers and authority
incident to the office, shall have full power and authority to
sell and convey any and all real estate and personal property
which I shall own or over which I shall have any power of
disposition at the time of my death to such persons, for such
price or prices and upon such terms as to credit or otherwise at
public or private sale, as my Personal Representative shall deem
proper. I further order and direct that said Personal
Representative shall have power and authority to make distribution
of my estate in investments or other property or in money, or
partly in investments or other property and partly in money.
SIXTH: I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in
consequence of my death, of whatever nature and by whatever

jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid by my residuary estate as a
part of the expense of the administration of my estate.
SEVENTH: It is my intention and I order and direct that if
any beneficiary under this Will shall die in such circumstances
that it cannot be determined which of us died first, or if any
beneficiary shall survive me and die within thirty days after the
date of my death, excluding the date on which my death occurs,
such beneficiary shall be deemed to have predeceased me and my
estate shall be distributed as if such beneficiary had, in fact,
predeceased me.
