Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Revenue's Application for Summary
Relief, and upon further consideration of Petitioner having filed a document with this
Court stating he wishes to withdraw his appeal, it is hereby ordered that Petitioner's
appeal is withdrawn, the Application for Summary Relief is granted, and the Department
of Revenue, Board of Appeals' December 16, 2013 Decision and Order is sustained in its
entirety. The hearing previously scheduled for April 7, 2014, is cancelled.
