NOTICE OF OVERDUE INHERITANCE TAX RETURN
Dear Sir/Madam:
This office is responding to the Notice of Overdue Inheritance Tax Return that this office received.
Please note that the subject Estate was opened solely for the purposes of litigation,that is,
pursuing a Wrongful Death and Survival Action claim. It is for this reason an Inheritance Tax
Return has not been filed by this point in time. In short, the Estate does not have any assets that
would be subject to Inheritance Taxes at this point in time. The litigation is still pending and will
undoubtedly be pending for at least another 12 months.
