SATISFACTION AND RELEASE OF CREDITOR'S CLAIM
The undersigned hereby states that I am an authorized representative of Metro Bank, a
creditor of the Estate of Walter A. Lyon, deceased. On behalf of said creditor, receipt is hereby
acknowledged of payment from the Estate which represents full satisfaction of the Creditor's
Claim filed in the above-referenced estate proceeding. In consideration for the payment, the
creditor releases the Personal Representative(s) and the Estate from any and all indebtedness as
set forth in the Creditor's Claim filed of record.
The Register of Wills is hereby directed to mark the claim as SATISFIED on the record.
