AND NOW,this Sth day of March,2014, upon consideration of the Petit�ri�or Grai� �'��

of Letters filed by Kendra Wenger and Ryan Wenger, for the above decedent and the
instrument offered for probate as the Last Will and Testament, which is dated March 12,
1998, and containing certain modifications thereon, the Register of Wills having given
consideration thereto, has made an official determination regarding those modifications and
renders the following decision:
IT IS DECREED that the instrument be admitted to probate as The Last Will and
Testament of Kenneth Wenger as originally written and including:
1. The handwritten obliteration and interlineation changing Lori Manges to
Kendra Wenger appearing on the first page, Section THIRD and the
second page, Section FIFTH;
2. The first handwritten obliteration and interlineation changing twenty-
five (25)to eighteen appearing on the first page, Section THIRD(B) and;
3. The interlineation on the first page, Section THIRD(B) adding Jason
Wenger.
Not admitted to probate as they are not initialed by the testator are:
1. The obliteration and interlineation changing Washington County,
Maryland to Cumberland County, PA in the first paragraph;
2. The second obliteration and interlineation changing twenty-five (25)to
18 years appearing on the first page, Section THIRD(B) and;
3. The obliteration and interlineation changing him to her appearing on the
first page, Section FOURTH.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters of Administration c.t.a. shall be issued
to Kendra Wenger and Ryan Wenger. Kendra Wenger and Ryan Wenger shall have all
the rights and duties of fiduciaries under the laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with
the administration of this estate according to law.
