The previous account number listed above has been charged off. For internal processing
purposes only, a new account number was established. Both account numbers referenced
above are closed.
The following Satisfaction and Release of Claim statement regarding the accounts has been
signed and should be filed with the Estate of Rayallen Hoover.
SATISFACTION AND RELEASE OF CLAIM
The undersigned creditor, FIA Card Services, whose Tax Identification Number is 94-1687665,
has either received full payment of the claim filed by the undersigned against the Estate of
Rayallen Hoover, or has otherwise settled or compromised the claim. This Satisfaction and
Release of Claim is executed to acknowledge the discharge of the claim and to release the
