attached Petition, and pursuant to 20 PA. C.SA S 5513, this Court appoints Dennis
Marion, Emergency Guardian of the Estate and Person of Joseph A. Hoffman, an
alleged incapacitated person.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT:
The Guardianship shall appointment shall terminate at on March 31,2005, and
no report by the Guardian shall be required.
