ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 18th day of March, 2005, upon consideration of the attached letter
from Michael B. Volk, Esq., attorney for Memorial Health Care, the hearing previously
scheduled for March 23, 2005, is rescheduled to Friday, April 15, 2005, at 2:30 p.m., in
Courtroom No.1, Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
AT LEAST 20 days' written notice of the hearing on the appointment of the
permanent guardian of his person shall be given to William Jumper, the alleged
incapacitated person, or his counsel.
ADDITIONALLY, at least 20 days' written notice of the hearing shall be given to
the following persons: All persons residing within the State of Pennsylvania who are sui
juris and would be entitled to share in the estate of the alleged incapacitated person if he
were to die intestate; to the person or institution providing residential care to the alleged
incapacitated person; and to the following other parties in interest:
