The Defendants, Chang Mun Chon and S Chou, are adult. individuals with an. address of 227 Ewe Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055 (individually and collectively, the "Defendants"). 3. On or "about March 31, 2006 the Defendants executed and delivered to the Bank a Promissory Note in the original principal amount of $800,000.00 ("Note"). A true and correct copy of the Note is attached hereto as Exhibit A and - incorporated herein by reference. 4.
