NOW,TO WIT,this l �J day ofD 1���2014, come David J. Wise and Glenda
L. Beiges,Executors of the Estate of Reba V. Wise,who file this Petition as follows:
1. The Petitioners,David J. Wise and Glenda L. Heiges, are the Executors for the
estate of Reba V. Wise,having been appointed to this position by the Register of
Wills of Cumberland County,Pennsylvania,on February 13,2014,Estate Number
21-14-0131.
2. The Petitioners are the only children of the decedent and were named as Co-
Executors in her Last Will and Testament.
3. Petitioner, David J. Wise, currently resides in the Phoenix,Arizona area while
Petitioner,Glenda L.Heiges,resides in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
4. Your Petitioners have determined that is inconvenient and burdensome for
Petitioner,David J. Wise,to continue to be Co-Executor of this estate
5. It is the desire of the Petitioners that David J. Wise be permitted to resign/be
removed as Co-Executor and that Glenda L. Ileiges serve as the sole Executor of
this estate.

6. Consents of each Co-Executor are attached to this Petition
Wherefore,Petitioners request this Honorable Court to order that David J. Wise be removed
as Co-Executor of the Estate of Reba V.Wise and that GIenda L.Heighes be named as the sole
Executor of this estate.

Petition as being true and correct. I understand that false statements herein are made subject to the
penalties of 18 Pa.C.S. Section 4904 relating to unworn falsification to authorities. The
undersigned also join in this Petition requesting that David J. Wise be removed as Co-Executor of
the Estate of Reba V. Wise and that Glenda L. Heiges be named as sole Executrix.
